Samburu of Kenya

Urgent Prayer Need

Dear Friends and Family,
We need your prayer support, now more than ever. We have just
learned that unless Eddy gets a definite diagnosis on the cause of
his hand pain and is well on the way to complete recovery by the
beginning of May, we will be asked to resign from the IMB or take a
“leave of absence”. His pain continues, without any diagnosis or
treatment as of today. Our call to the Samburu of Kenya has not
changed, but we are open to whatever redirection that the Lord has
for us. Regardless of His call, though, healing of Eddy’s pain must
come in order to effectively carry out ANY area of ministry. We are
crying out to the Great Physician for His healing and very clear
direction. Please join us in this. We hear the clock ticking, and
yet know the Lord often steps in “at the last minute”! Our loudest
cry, however, is for the Samburu people to be reached for Christ. If
His plan does not include us, we beg Him to firmly place this calling
on another family NOW! The harvest is plentiful among the Samburu
right now, and the workers are few. Your “effective, fervent prayers”
for us and for the Samburu are appreciated so much. We love each of
you. Seeking the Lost Until They Are Found, Amanda, Eddy, and
the boys (new address: 8602 Greenway St. , Raleigh, NC 27615 Phone:
