Update

In response to a question from someone about an update on the people who
Charlie fed last week:
Things are very dismal here. There has not been enough rain to make a
difference. The best I have seen is some short grass up in the “forest”
area. Only goats and sheep will eat that. Cows need long grass, so they are
starving. Which means no milk to sell or drink for the people. Most areas
are just brown and completely dry. Charlie is getting lists compiled right
now and has ordered food to begin a large scale project. Approximately
$50,000 coming from Baptist Global Response. It will help feed 1500 families
(10,000 people) for a month. We have not heard any more starvation reports
from the group he fed last week. He will likely start his distribution of
the food relief in that area. We are waiting for the food to arrive from the
supplier. Should reach here Thursday/Friday. Thank you so much for the
prayers.
